Payment

All prices for foreign customer are in US dollars, and are subject to change, and to a minimum order requirement. Prices do not include shipping, which must be paid by the customer. Please confirm prices and delivery when ordering; price quotations are normally valid for 15 days, unless reconfirmed by us. The minimum order is $500, plus shipping. Shipping for small shipments is $50 for foreign orders.

For domestic orders, Credit Card - VISA, and MasterCard are accepted, or cash check, or postal remittance, or bank transfer; bank transfer orders for items in stock will normally be shipped the same day.

Delivery Policies

Most nano powder or nano colloid are shipped via the Chine Postal Service(EMS) or other method(we'll pick the most efficient method for your address) unless you've made other arrangements with us. All orders will be shipped within 1-5business days. The order will reach youfor three to five days.

Material Returns
If the product is felt to be defective within 3 weeks of receipt, please consult with us. Please do not return material to us before obtaining proper authorization, and email confirmation. If material proves to be defective, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.
